hmmm..you live ABOVE them....do something childish like running around the place stomping your feet really hard on the floor. I used to do this as a kid when I was in an apartment and the people below us got so pissed. They have to come up almost every day telling us (me and brothers) to stop making noises and let them rest for a while. They even got the landlord on our asses but he didn't do shit about it. Soon your neighbors will be annoyed too and they'll have to go up and tell you to stop doing it, then you can tell them how pissed you are at them for being so noisy too.
