I don't wear a seatbelt, but that gives me pause. I wont' say I'll start religiously but perhaps I'll put the annoying, neck-cutting, highly uncomfortable for large ppl apparatus on in the future a little more.
That's the thing with seatbelts...for many bigger ppl theyr'e very uncomfortable and badly placed for anyone over 5'10" and over 200 lbs in weight. I would wear one no problem if they didn't make driving a lot less confortable for me. I did wear one a lot driving my mom's 5.0 tho as it kept me in the seat. 
Interesting Irony: They say if you're gonna commit suicide by car by running it into a wall or bridge support at high speed to wear your seatbelt to keep you in the car as throwing you could save your life.
