here in Washington state, they passed a new law last year, "Click It or Ticket" - which means that they can pull you over any time for not wearing your seat belt. as if that video wasn't enough to inspire you to wear one.

just curious, does anybody know why that guy had a camera in his car? lol, just nnoticed that the guy had his eyes closed like he was about to doze off, right before the accident.
