The first two lines have hexidecimal codes for colors used in HTML in them.
The last line is using programming language to make fun of a videogame that had a HORRID translation.
one of the lines was "all your base are belong to us." The leader of the bad guys was trying to say "All of your bases belong to us now" or the like. the "base" quote became popular because of its over-the-top crappy translation.
