Wow, I have to say that the overwhelmingly disproportionate choice for death surprises me. This is just an observation, on my part. I am not about to make any judgments, or political posturing for, or against, the death penalty. That is not what this thread is about.

I chose life w/o parole. I used to be a staunch supporter of the death penalty. I will say, here and now, for the record, that the death penalty is one of the very few issues on which I have done a reversal of my position. Suffice to say that certain information was presented to me that not only shook the foundation of my belief in the death penalty, it toppled it.
