You mean people who work for a living and get paid a wage for it. If you get paid how are you explioted? You agree to perform a job and they agree to compensate you. If they don't pay enough then nobody will perform the work. If you want to make more money, you increase your worth through education, work ethics ar just good old fashioned hard work.
