I have a similar problem but it takes more for me to get hard.
Ex.) kissing, back massage, when mr. happy just wants to be known and heard (usually the wrong time to want attention), hot girl in a bathing suit (red is preferred...I don't know why ; )
Do what I do, be glad you can get hard. Some guys can't or it takes too much effort. Be thankful 'the general' gets up when he feels like it!
