If you can afford it, I would go for a 2000 to 2002 C5....there are plenty of them out there used, and (since the first year for the C5 was 97) they have had a few years to get some of the bugs worked out. Plus, I like the wheels on these newer years better
If those are too pricey, look for a good low-mileage 98 or 99.....personally, I would probably stay away from the 97 models, being the first year of production and all.
So are you looking for a hardtop, targa top, or a convertable? ...just curious
