I like to vary from time to time. Usually it's left hand on top and right hand stroking. I have Lycra sock pair that's too big(goes to my knee) for me so I roll that up around my member sometimes,the rolled up part acts like a cock ring,the fabric makes less noise than regular jerkin, and no clean up.
