I got the Charbroil Electric Water Smoker from Home Depot (about $65, see
link ) and love it. I got some smoking chips from smokingchips.com and have made some great stuff in it. I always feel less manly with the electric than with a charcoal model, but the end result is so good that I get over it. Plus, it is so easy, that I can actually get other things accomplished before my awesome meal...somehow, the work is never bad knowing what is to come...
