I think it's partly the thought that my girl loves me so much that she's willing to let me do it. I know that while she gets pleasure out of seeing my pleasure, she does not actually get "sexual stimulation" type pleasure.
Also it is just more forbidden than other things. It's the same reason that kids experiment with cigarettes.
