If it was me---I would stop any exsisting virus checker and download AGV from lavasoft.com....it is free and I have found it to be very reliable for the last 3 years...
If it finds a virus or trojan, it will take it out, if possible. if not you will have to look at the file and determine if it is an essential file that is infected or one the virus put on there...You may have to use the EXTRACT command if it is an essential file...

it will tell you how to take them out...and if you have restore software, you must turn it off first or you may just put them back on...these sound like some bad doods on your system...you may have to google and destroy them one at a time...LOL
