Personally no, I never have, nor would I ever- but I'm a girl.

My brother and a group of his friends actually went to the Mustang Ranch a couple of years back....

My brother paid $100 for a blow job, and his friend paid $150 for full-on sex AND a blow job.

I think my brother was ripped off. And he said it wasn't even that great, because it seemed odd to have a stranger on his bits. I suppose if you could get over that, there is nothing wrong with paying for pleasure.
