i use a great weight gainer shake formula plus the following ingredients to make a shake:
cup of whole milk (200 calories - 9 g protein)
strawberries (100 calories)
half a banana (75 calories)
a few scoops of ice cream (250 calories - 3 g protein)
add the weight gainer (500 calories - 25 g protein), and you have a great high protein, high vitamin, crazy calorie (over 1100!) shake that tastes good and is a great way to end the night (and goes down easy even if you arent that hungry)
