Some people are just built differently...it's not a question of being "worn out".
But some women are self-conscious about having larger lips, so naturally, plastic surgeons are eager to oblige...if you check your phone book, you'll probably see ads for "labiaplasty."
I know it's not helping, but I have a friend who calls it "scrambled eggs."
To me, it's all beautiful.
