I helped one of the girls at the office today with that... Got him a couple of gift cards for Napster so he could download some songs, and then got a basket that she filled with valentines day cards (the cheap kids kind) and dated each one for a different year. (to demonstrate that she intended to be with him forever and all) and some bath stuff, some chocolates, some champagne, champagne flutes with hearts as the stem, and a couple of "lottery" cards from the local sex-toy shop that had different "favours" depending on what he scratched off.... And a picture of them together in a nice heart shaped frame. total cost was less than $70 and that was with like 20 songs and some FAIRLY good champagne.
for me, my wife got another piercing that I wanted her to get, so it all depends.
