Cholestrol
Well, Ive eaten more protein and have been following a 40 40 20 diet however, I like canned chicken/tuna for meals fills you up and lots of protein/low fat/no sat fat. However, there is cholestrol in it, I dont know a ton about cholestrol but I eat about 3 cans per day and it is pretty much all my daily cholestrol and it puts me at about 70% of my daily value, now is this a bad thing or am I ok eating 2 cans of chicken/1 can of tuna in a day?
I searched for cholestrol and I dont know how to figure out what is good and bad cholestrol since I know there is one of each I was hoping that the cholestrol is meats is good, anyone got any advice, Ide hate to cut out tuna/chicken since they are like the only things I can eat anymore, well and bananas but I cant live on bananas ^^
