There are four categories: Who, What, Where and Why. Some will be easy, some not. I have as many as six clues to help you along, which I'll supply as needed.

The Case:
A woman is accused of a crime, tried in an American court of law, and found guilty. The woman has not committed murder or treason. The judge orders the death penalty. Her execution is swift and there is no appeal.
