Ok, I think the real issue here is not whether or not she was raped, which is a HORRIBLE AWFUL TRAUMATIZING thing that no woman *ever* should have to live with- been there, know all about it, but the denial of prescribed medical treatment.
I had an incident one time with a broken condom- and I felt it necessary to take the precaution of the morning after pill. What in the WORLD would I have done if the pharmacist had denied my prescription!
Truly, this wo/man (as they don't say whether the pharmacist was male or female) took a liberty not available to them, and in doing so removed a liberty- a legal, valid liberty- away from an unfortunate victim. As against frivilous (sp?) lawsuits as I am, I think this one has merit.
