Yep, I've beat the Allies mission about a month ago, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Here's a hint: Grenadiers are great for throwing things other than grenades, like shurikens or throwing knives. Even better than Scouts. Doesn't seem quite right, but thats the way it works...
I think Silent Storm's engine would do extremely well in an X-COM total conversion... aah, that would be the day.
