i have to apologise for the number of rude comments made in this post; ignore them, of course; it certainly takes a good deal of courage to post like this
the first step would be to talk with your wife. maybe she can find some way to help you out in a way that doesn't involve your friends masturbating, which would cut out an extra step. otherwise, I imagine that your friends would be the target audience, although I don't have any suggestions as to how one brings it up.
