Why is that? What makes you think that bestiality is any less common in the US? I wouldn't be surprised to see that beastiality stats are fairly equal around the globe.
You might also have noted that there are many states where bestiality remains legal. In fact, decriminalization doesn't mean it is legal it just means that you won't go to prison for engaging in the activity...
