I've been so busy lately, I've worked out an average of like 1.5 times per two weeks in the past few months.. yet I'm getting skinnier even though I've been eating a bit more than I used to even.
I also started drinking 20oz (full pot) of coffee every morning for the last few months, too. (Before that it was maybe like a half pot a few times a week..) I can only guess that it must have an effect on my metabolism. I did a quick google search and there are some sites that support that theory, though I couldn't find anything concrete.
This article was pretty interesting to read.
And apparently, from
me asking before, I've learned that coffee is also a natural laxative - so I guess that's helpful.
