Which seems to imply that you are still blaming newegg.com for the shipping problems... at least to some folks.
You can't expect the national headquarters of Fedex, and every customer service rep working therein, to have an active directory of every college campus in North America and know automatically how to ship to these specialized locations. Every campus has a different policy. At my particular university, all packages were delivered to the physical plant and dispersed from there, regardless of size or shipper. All regular post went to the mailroom.
You'll just need to learn to include details in the second-line of the address field when shipping with either UPS, Fedex or USPS. Like include "PH#8041234567" below your name as the first line of the address. Delivery personnel are usually intelligent enough to figure things out. Give it a try, be patient and don't blame the retailers.
