A friend of mine just reminded me about a character out of one of my favorite movies The Shawshank Redemption. The actor was Bill Bollenger. I dont remember seeing this guy in any of the other movies he's been in because usually the part is small and the characters not very memorable. Shawshank was an exception though; he played one of the creepiest freaks I've seen, so creepy that I felt earned him a place in the league. He played the part of Elmo Blatch.
