Being a wife, I'd say do something for her that you normally don't do- wash the dishes, scrub the tub, do the laundry---just something that lets her know you're thinking about all the things she does and that you appreciate her.

Barring that, make her a card, get some cheap wine (put it in nice glasses) and light some candles.

OHH! And kiss her like you mean it....from the tips of your toes....that one always gets me!
