Well, water doesnt add more calories that you have to burn later firstly. Makes life a little easier.

Your body sweats water, need to replace it. You know when you first weight yourself BEFORE working out and then after? well the difference is HOW MUCH WATER YOU LOSE and therefore how much you need to drink.
