#8:Anyone know where I can buy the protein mix and anyone got any brand recommendations?
#9: Ok im curious, I know you should wait for aprox 1 1/2 hours - 2 hours after eating to lift however, does this apply to all body parts? I know when you do ab exercises that you shouldnt eat for 2 hours before however for exercises like arms / legs do you need to wait 2 hours also or would 45 mins - a hour be ok? Just want any opinions I can get if possible.
Thanks
Hmm nevermind, I see you have a few more questions I can try to answer

#6 Remember, we sweat only to maintain to keep our body's temperature to average. When you workout those larger muscles (quads, chest, etc), it takes a lot more blood to be pushed into those areas which will make your body temperature rise moreso than if you were to workout your biceps or triceps. If you worked out your back before you worked your biceps you might have a better chance of cracking a sweat
#7 Evil Milkman provided a good site.
#8 The best place to get protein powder is at your local health/vitamin store (NOT GNC!!!). There really isn't a "best brand" when it comes to protein. Just make sure that it is Whey protein (that is the best type to supplement). You can try out different brands until you find one that tastes the best to you. I buy a new brand everytime my 5 lb jug goes empty.
#9 An hour after you eat is fine for whatever bodypart you want to workout
