this has kind of happened to me--girls do tend to hold their breath while getting fingered--but after a while you realize you need to breathe or you won't be conscious long enough to enjoy it fully! but like others said, ask her how it feels, if she could control passing out or if she even wants to. OR just wait for her to wake up, the anticipation is worth it i'm sure!
