Thanks Forseti, Ya I figured that, I did weightless just bar on free weights for a bit to get the form down since alot of times you are lifting with the wrong muscle and get near no benefit if you do something wrong.
Also thanks for the cardio definition, hehe I do all those things which is cool, guess the jumping jacks instructor told me to do arent pointless.
Just hoping plan9 or someone can answer first 3 questions.
