Yeah, do a Google on 'Jumping Programs'. There's a crapload available. These routines mainly work out the legs to increase your vertical leap and the speed of your lateral movements (handy for Defense and killer X-overs.) As far as I know, there's no real program specifc to Basketball that works the upper body.
Most importantly, remember to practice and play regularly. There's no point having a 1m vertical leap if you can't shoot, pass or play D.
