All of these your talking about are nothing compared to what my friend did. He was really into piercings, guages and the like, but he also did surgical steel implants. He had numerous piercings in his dick as well as surgical steel ball bearings under the skin, as well as having his dick permanently ribbed for her pleasure by cauterizing them in with a soldering iron. Everyone thinks it sounds extremely painful and kinda sick, but from talking to his gf and another girl I know that slept with him, they had absolutely no problem with it. So to each his own, me only got my ears done, thinkin about getting my eyebrow & tounge pierced, nothing down there though for me.
