So it appears to be a steroid by that definition, which is a little ambiguous or open?. Although there's no point about getting too pedantic about classifications
That said, i quickly skimmed the article(posted by Plan9) and was wondering if there is any muscular or strength benefit from doing this? Basically i saw that all it does is having "oil" between muscle fibres etc just to increase
volume So, do you get any stronger?
