I use google.

Here's their help page for the different combinations. I found myself using last name and zip code.

edit: Wow! The next section down in that link tells you that you can track UPS, FedEx, and USPS packages using Google! Also you can look up VIN numbers and UPC codes! Flight statuses, too! Who knew!
