I mean, to be honest, I think if you approached people with that proposition, it would probably sound a little bit gay to them. I am not really sure what having other guys in that situation would do for someone, in a heterosexual way.
When I was at school, there was apparently a game, called "cummy dodger" where a load of guys had to jack off on a piece of bread, all standing in a circle around it, and the last one to cum had to eat it. I mean, I never actually took part, and it could have all just been a myth - but again, I struggle to see it really in any other light than being a homosexual sex game.
