well, choas is always good, so is non-chaos (i forget the word), but it's the importance of finding a good mix, but everything is relevant.
as any bachelour or teen will tell you, the floor is a perfectly good way of organising things, everything is where you can see it, this is order, but to parents/girlfriends, it's complete chaos.
now, when the girlfriend/mother cleans up, chaos reigns with the bachelour/teen until everything ends back in the floor in it's own little space.
this is what most chaos and order happens like, swinging extremes, never that lovely balance in between, but with slightly less arguments...
so, just to be akward, it's both
