I"m sure there are other cool guys.. but i'd have to go with that REALLY HUGE FUCKING FISH... in the first movie.. He had very little airtime, but he was cool.... actually, both the one that chased them and the one that ate the one that chased them... if you followed that.

I can always give the cheap reason.. Had the fish eaten the ship... Jar Jar would have died
