I generally fantasize about someone that I know that I see on the street that I'm physically attracted to. Rarely is it the same person twice. In some ways, this is my way of "going outside the marriage" that helps me get into sex with my wife more. It isn't always like this, but there are normal peaks and valleys in married sex just due to life circumstances (kids, illness, etc.), and this helps keep the spark going during times when you can't have sex as frequently.
