It's not that he's got the money, it's that he's taken credit for so many other people's work, cheated companies, monopolised and generally not been a nice guy. As for the donation, one or two billion would have him set for the rest of his fat, geeky, kermit-sounding life. Percentages don't come into this, that's a really bad example to use. Maybe he could spend some money on Valium for his chimp Ballmer...
