Well, the obvious answer i sto have someone else do it for you, but that's probably not too relevant if you're bored enough to try to make it more exciting.
Honestly, I don't know. Try the other hand? Try a butt plug? I've been doing pretty much the same thing since I started, and I'm not getting bored yet.
