I agree that makes good sense to me.
And give me a break telling him to give up his website and only offering him $10 to compensate for the hassle of coming up with, and registering a new name, redoing any advertising he had, and all of the other things that go along with running an online business. What an insult; I think asking for 10,000 is just as bad of an insult, but they should have at least offered him a few hundred if they really wanted the site name. I don't think that would break the Microsoft bank.
