My last girlfriend had the nerve to try to learn to do it but the sense that she was going to pee kept ketting the best of her. I think she could have let it fly if she weren't so self conscious about the idea that she was going to urinate.
I hope to experience this first hand (or I guess that would be second hand) some time...
