Ah, the big Slap Bracelet Ban. They were banned at my school because the cool game to play was "see how hard you can snap the bracelet on someone else's arm."

We played Euchre at lunch, too (I'm from Ohio), although sometimes we'd switch to Egyptian Rat Screw for a bit of variety.

In 4th grade, the school sold pins/buttons to promote school spirit...I *heart* Madison, stuff like that. The girls would put a piece of masking tape over the school name, and write their boyfriend's name on the tape.

When I was a freshman, it was cool to see how many air fresheners you could hang off your rearview mirror. I think the record was a guy that something like 180. When he opened his car door, you could smell vanilla all the way across the parking lot.
