I could care less about Jeff Hardy returning, because he isn't THAT special in my mind.
But we talked about that before. I don't feel like doing it again (GO MATT!).

I would love to have the Cruiserweight division be bolstered with some more talent. But if that doesn't happen, I would love to have some decent storylines that don't involve solely Rey, Jaime, and Taijiri. I mean, they have 4 other wrestlers who can do it (Ultimo, London, Nunzio, and Shannon), and they do it well. Storylines don't have to involve the title, and many of the best don't even have the title as a part of the plot. Take Stone Cold vs. VinnieMac. We can all attest that any match where they are the two participants was HORRIBLE. But it was the story between the two that ultimately brought the WWF/E to good graces with the professional wrestling fan community.
We also have Undertaker/Kane. Two monsters who put on a decent match for guys of their size and ability. It wasn't that deep of a story, but we all enjoyed it because:
a) The dead undertaker was and is cool
b) The Masked Kane was and was cool (no typo)
c) PAUL BEARER.
where was i? Oh yeah, the Cruiserweights. We need more CWeight matches and stories on the main show, Smackdown. Give them some face time, let them build their characters. Don't make every match a cruiserweight vs. bigshmo and have a squash.
