if you want to do cardio, try suicides (as they are called around my area) where you go from one line touching the other. that shit will kill you. and also try doing the end of a squat position against a wall for as long as you can (also shit that will kill you). i dont know how much bball players weight train; whenever i played it was always more concern about reaction time and speed then ever overall strength (unless you were a center)
