As what you were saying about suplements, I would NEVER, NEVER take anything that could harm my body. I was just wondering about things like proteins, amino acids, creatine... when they take it, how much and stuff like that
But I think most of the professional players take some "black-listed" stuff anyway...
but as you said, it's probably very difficult to get there actual training charts...
