That would really suck ass if that is passed. I being a WW2 fanatic was instantly alarmed at the fact this sounded exactly like the Nazis way of controlling in WW2. I don't see how this could be anyway legal at all.
On a side note why should they bother? If they give it some time you know its going to get cracked or start a revolution somewhere. It's inevitable look everywhere a program limits a users freedom and BOOM something comes out within a short time that bypasses everything the program was meant for making it useless. Which this whole thing really is.
