Feelgood, the BBB will handle questionable business actions. If they brought you in under a false pretense, then they could well be misrepresenting other facts. Talk to a BBB representative about it and see if there is anything that they can do for *you*. BBB exists to serve the customer-base of these companies, and since they brought you there to sell you something, you were a de-facto customer. Give it a shot and give me a name. I'll make these guys sing for you.
PS: I just remembered the two $400 travel vouchers I got off of Delta because one of their representatives in Atlanta told me to "fuck off" for no good reason.
