Hyponatremia means lack of sodium, not to much water. While it is possible to over-hydrate yourself, it isn't easy, and so long as you're not chugging it excessivly your kidneys can kick into high gear when your blood volume rises and start dumping excess water.

Regardless, water is good for you, sugary and acidic beverages generally are not.
