kudos for motdakasha on mentioning natural lube. foreplay is key- relaxes a woman, primes her for sex. I have never, ever needed personal lubricant. I can imagine some women need lube because their bodies perhaps do not create enough natural lube... but i think a lot of people rely on astroglide, etc just because its easier. People treat it like the cure all for sexual excitement in a woman. Spend lots and lots of time on foreplay, sex starts in the mind.
